Since 1999, Gonzalez Haase AAS has been trusted with light, space, and some of the most demanding art installations, retail interiors, and industrial conversions around. It's the kind of reputation built slowly: their first major project was working alongside Robert Wilson on New York's Watermill Center — the start of 25 years spent at the intersection of architecture, scenography, and art.
Objects and furniture aren't a side project for them — they're what completes a space. Through their own Object Shop, Gonzalez Haase AAS designs conceptual yet functional pieces and spatial objects, with the same strong focus on materiality and local production that runs through everything else they do.
