Burning Wing Candleholder
Nine flames, held by a folded wing.
Obscure Objects took the most industrial gesture there is, a standard sheet of aluminium, folded and bolted and made it hold fire. The screws stay visible. The edges are chamfered by hand. Nothing pretends to be anything other than what it is, and that's the whole beauty: cold metal, warm ritual.
