When I think of Poesía, I always return to the gesture. That inner movement from which every designer creates, and which, for me, defines more than the object itself.
That's why, when I meet designers, I try to position myself on the other side: to observe how they move, what drives them, where they project from, and how their context shapes what they do. That gesture is, in essence, what I'm interested in preserving and sharing.
When writing about myself, I did the same exercise.
I'm from Argentina, a country of intensity, expression, and movement. Although I don't like generalizations, I know that something of the collective lives within me: the passion, the sensitivity, a certain way of seeing. I create and observe from that root, from a city that shaped me with its noise, its humanity, and its contradictions.
In part, I am an extension of my origins. From there, my perspective on design is born.
Poesía is the platform where I bring together objects created from gesture — pieces with intention, craftsmanship, and a story behind them. I select and present them within an editorial and human context, where each object can convey something beyond its function.
My wish is simple: that those who visit Poesía find objects that move them, that open a small space for a different way of seeing.
