Returns and Refunds Policy

At Poesía, we want the item you choose to truly be a part of your life. However, if something isn't quite right, you can request a return.

 Return Period

Our return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and, where applicable, with tags or protective elements.

We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please write to us at: contact@poesiadesign.com. We will send you instructions and the address to which you should send the package.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot accept returns sent without prior notification via email.

Made-to-Order and Final Sale Items

Some Poesía pieces are made to order or belong to collections marked as "final sale" on the product page. These pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of defects or damage during shipping.

The product page will clearly indicate whether an item is made to order or final sale.

Damaged or Issued Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and the item to:

contact@poesiadesign.com. We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.If you want a different item, you can: 

Request a return of the current item and, once approved,

Place a new order for the item of your choice.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with EU regulations.

At Poesía, we extend this period to 30 days as our own policy, provided that the item:

Is not made to order or a final sale item.

Is in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund approval and you still haven't seen it in your account, please contact us at:
